FACILITATOR SUPPORTED SELF DIRECTED LEARNING.

Our online high schoolers meet one-on-one with a dedicated facilitator who helps them set goals and find resources and support which allows our learners to fully explore their interests. 

Facilitators help learners chart their path beyond high school by connecting them with mentors in their areas of interest. 

The close working relationship between facilitator and learner also allows the facilitators to generate transcripts that accurately represent the learners progress and mastery of subjects. 

We do this all without mandatory curriculum requirements or testing for a completely personalized high school experience.

Online learners and in-person learners are connected digitally for collaboration and socializing through a private network that helps support our learners’ social and emotional needs. We find this to be especially helpful for both our neurodivergent learners and our LGBTQ learners, who often struggle with connecting with a core friend group in a traditional, brick and mortar school environment. 

Our program is secular and inclusive and based on the radical notion that people have a right to pursue their passions and interests and that kids are, in fact, people. 

We prioritize being accessible and are willing to work with dedicated learners and their families, regardless of their household income.
